When a draft or generation needs attention
Follow a waiting, missing-information, review or retry message on a draft.
Check whether work is still running
Open the draft or its Monthly Plan task. Read the current progress stage and waiting message.
If it is working in the background, wait or return later. Do not start another generation just because the screen is taking time.
Complete the requested information or review
Follow the actual action shown, such as Add missing details, View required review or a Strategy-review link.
Submit required task answers, check Business Profile or review the plan notice as appropriate.
Use the offered recovery action
If generation failed, use Retry page generation or the corresponding article action when offered.
If no retry is available, use Contact support. See how to send the request. Follow any wait or allowance message before sending another request.
Saved content and review flags
If the message says a previous saved copy is preserved, open and check it. A failed update does not mean that copy was replaced successfully.
An ordinary owner-review flag asks you to check content. Blue Kite needs to finish preparing this draft means a required preparation check is still outstanding; follow its support action before approval or publishing.
