1. About Blue Kite SEO
Blue Kite SEO is an AI-assisted SEO strategy, planning and website-content platform for businesses.
The Service may help you:
- create and maintain a Business Profile;
- analyse publicly accessible information on your website;
- generate and update an SEO Strategy;
- create a Monthly Plan based on the current Strategy and website;
- review existing website pages and articles;
- identify content that may be kept, improved, consolidated or otherwise reviewed;
- create or improve website page and article drafts;
- identify actions that may require input from you, a developer or another specialist;
- review and revise generated drafts; and
- send approved content and media to a connected WordPress website.
Blue Kite SEO provides tools, recommendations, plans and generated content to assist with SEO work.
It does not replace your responsibility to review and approve your business information, recommendations and published content.
2. Business accounts
Blue Kite SEO is intended for business use.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and, if you use Blue Kite SEO for a company, organisation or other business, have authority to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login details secure;
- maintaining control of the email address associated with your account; and
- notifying us if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access.
You must not access, analyse or connect another business's information, website or WordPress account without appropriate authority.
3. Business information
Blue Kite SEO relies on information you provide about your business.
This may include your services, locations, contact details, audiences, opening hours, pricing information, licences, warranties, certifications, reviews, images, business goals and other information relevant to your SEO Strategy and website content.
You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide and use it.
Blue Kite SEO may continue to use approved Business Profile information across future Strategies, Monthly Plans and generated work until you update it.
4. Website analysis
If you provide a website address, Blue Kite SEO may analyse publicly accessible information from that website to understand its existing content and structure.
Website analysis may be used to:
- understand what already exists on the website;
- support SEO Strategy decisions;
- identify existing pages or content that may deserve attention;
- reduce unnecessary content duplication or overlap;
- support Monthly Plan decisions; and
- provide context for content that Blue Kite SEO creates or improves.
Website analysis operates within technical, security and usage limits.
Blue Kite SEO may maintain information about a broader set of known website pages while reviewing selected pages or content in greater detail when they become relevant to a Strategy or Monthly Plan.
Not every page will necessarily be reviewed to the same depth at the same time.
Website evidence may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated or affected by website configuration, crawl restrictions, technical errors or other limitations.
Website analysis is not a complete technical, security, accessibility, regulatory or legal audit of your website.
You must have appropriate authority to submit the website for analysis.
5. AI-generated recommendations and content
Blue Kite SEO uses artificial intelligence, including OpenAI services, to assist with activities such as:
- SEO Strategy generation;
- Monthly Plan generation;
- website and existing-content review;
- page and article planning;
- content recommendations;
- page and article drafting; and
- revisions.
AI-generated recommendations and content may contain mistakes, omissions, unsuitable wording or conclusions that require further review.
Generated page and article content should be treated as a draft until you review and approve it.
Before publishing or relying on generated content, you are responsible for checking matters including:
- business facts;
- services and locations;
- pricing and offers;
- licences and credentials;
- warranties and guarantees;
- professional or regulated claims;
- reviews and testimonials;
- intellectual-property rights; and
- legal or regulatory requirements applying to your business.
Blue Kite SEO's SEO recommendations do not constitute legal, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Your decision to export, approve or publish content is your confirmation that you have reviewed it and consider it suitable for use.
6. Sensitive and confidential information
Blue Kite SEO is not designed to store private client, patient, employee or customer records.
You should not place unnecessary sensitive information into your Business Profile, Strategy Intake or other AI-facing fields, including:
- health or medical records;
- tax file numbers;
- government identity documents;
- full payment-card details;
- confidential client files; or
- other sensitive personal information that is not necessary to use the Service.
Businesses operating in regulated or confidential professions remain responsible for their own professional, privacy and confidentiality obligations.
7. Content you provide
You keep ownership of material you provide to Blue Kite SEO.
This may include business information, website content, images, reviews, branding and other materials.
You give Blue Kite SEO a limited right to store, process, analyse, copy, format and transmit that material as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that material.
You must not knowingly provide:
- fabricated reviews;
- unauthorised personal information;
- infringing material;
- false business credentials; or
- information you know is materially false or misleading.
8. Generated output
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use content generated for your account for your business purposes.
AI-generated material may not be unique. Similar material may be generated for other users or already exist elsewhere.
Blue Kite SEO does not guarantee that generated material is eligible for copyright protection or free from every possible third-party right.
You remain responsible for reviewing generated material before relying on or publishing it.
9. WordPress publishing
Blue Kite SEO may allow you to connect an authorised WordPress website and send selected approved content or media to it.
You are responsible for:
- having authority to connect the website;
- checking content before sending or publishing it;
- choosing whether content is sent as a draft or published where those options are available; and
- managing your WordPress website after content has been sent to it.
Blue Kite SEO does not automatically require generated content to be published.
You decide which content is approved and when it is ready to be sent through the available publishing workflow.
Blue Kite SEO cannot guarantee compatibility with every WordPress host, plugin, theme or configuration.
Content already sent to your WordPress website remains on that website unless you or the website administrator remove it separately.
Deleting your Blue Kite SEO account does not automatically delete content previously published to an external WordPress website.
10. Paid trial
Where offered, the Blue Kite SEO paid trial costs $29 USD plus applicable taxes, provides seven days of access and automatically continues to the monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
The paid trial:
- charges $29 USD plus applicable taxes when the trial starts;
- automatically converts to the monthly subscription after seven days unless cancelled before the trial ends;
- includes creation of your Business Profile and Strategy Intake;
- includes a website review;
- includes one SEO Strategy and the available trial Strategy revision;
- includes one Monthly Plan and the available trial Plan update;
- allows generation of up to one planned website page where eligible work is identified;
- allows generation of up to one planned supporting article where the Monthly Plan identifies an eligible article opportunity;
- includes the available trial revision for each generated draft; and
- may show a broader Monthly Plan than the amount of content available to generate during the trial.
The trial generation entitlements are maximums, not promises that a particular type of page or article will always be recommended.
Blue Kite SEO does not create unrelated work simply to use a trial entitlement.
The introductory trial is limited to one redemption per verified email address in any rolling 12-month period.
We may prevent repeated, automated, fraudulent or abusive use of introductory offers.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first monthly charge is $321 USD plus applicable taxes after the $29 USD trial payment is applied once as a credit.
Later monthly renewals are $350 USD plus applicable taxes.
If you cancel during the seven-day trial, you retain paid-trial access until the trial ends and will not be charged for the monthly subscription.
11. Monthly subscription
The current Blue Kite SEO monthly subscription is $350 USD per month plus applicable taxes.
Existing subscriptions retain the price, currency and commercial terms agreed when purchased. Visiting from another country does not change an existing subscription.
Current plan features, usage entitlements and generation limits are shown on the Blue Kite SEO Pricing page, at checkout or inside your account where applicable.
The monthly subscription is designed to provide ongoing access to features that may include:
- an ongoing SEO Strategy connected to your Business Profile and website;
- a new Monthly Plan for each applicable planning period;
- website and existing-content review;
- creation or improvement of eligible website pages;
- creation or improvement of eligible supporting articles and content;
- available Strategy and content revisions; and
- the available WordPress publishing workflow.
The type and amount of work recommended may vary between planning periods.
Blue Kite SEO does not guarantee that the same number or type of pages, articles or other tasks will be recommended every month.
A Monthly Plan may recommend:
- improving an existing page;
- creating a genuinely missing page;
- refreshing an existing article;
- creating genuinely useful new supporting content;
- consolidating or otherwise reviewing existing content;
- leaving existing content unchanged;
- gathering additional information before work proceeds; or
- another practical owner, developer or specialist action.
The Monthly Plan may identify work that Blue Kite SEO cannot perform directly.
Unless expressly included in your plan, fees charged by external developers, consultants, legal advisers or other specialists are not included in the Blue Kite SEO subscription.
Available planning and generation capacity is a usage entitlement, not a cash balance and not a publishing quota.
Blue Kite SEO may recommend fewer items than the maximum available capacity when that better reflects the current Strategy and website.
Current usage and available features may be shown inside your account.
12. Monthly Plans and changing priorities
The SEO Strategy sets the broader direction for your website.
Each Monthly Plan uses the current accepted Strategy, available website evidence, relevant previous work and other supplied context to decide what deserves attention for that planning period.
As your website changes, the work recommended in later Monthly Plans may differ from earlier plans.
Blue Kite SEO may identify that existing content should remain unchanged rather than creating new work.
Fresh website evidence may also identify an issue or opportunity that should be reviewed before other work continues.
Where a material change would require a new strategic direction rather than normal monthly execution, Blue Kite SEO may recommend updating the SEO Strategy first.
13. Automatic renewal
The monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Your payment method is charged through Stripe.
The paid trial automatically becomes the monthly subscription at the end of its seven days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
The renewal timing, first monthly charge and later monthly price are disclosed before you enter Stripe checkout and again at checkout.
14. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel automatic conversion during the paid trial or cancel your monthly subscription through the available billing controls.
When you cancel:
- future automatic renewal is stopped;
- your paid access continues until the end of the current trial or billing period; and
- your account is not permanently deleted.
Where available, you may reverse a scheduled cancellation before the current billing period ends.
If you want to stop renewal but keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, cancel your subscription rather than deleting your account.
15. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method, retry the payment through our payment provider or restrict paid features while the payment remains unresolved.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before materially restricting access because of a failed payment.
16. Refunds and consumer rights
Cancelling a subscription or voluntarily deleting an account does not automatically create a pro-rata refund for unused time.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law.
Where a refund, replacement service or other remedy is required by law, we will provide it.
We may also provide refunds or credits in other circumstances at our discretion.
17. No guarantee of SEO or commercial results
Blue Kite SEO assists with website analysis, SEO Strategy, monthly planning, website-content work and publishing workflows.
We do not guarantee:
- search-engine rankings;
- first-page results;
- indexing;
- website traffic;
- leads or enquiries;
- sales or revenue;
- return on investment;
- inclusion in AI Overviews; or
- mentions or citations by ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI systems.
Search engines, AI systems, competitors, markets, website technology and customer behaviour are outside our control.
18. Acceptable use
You must not use Blue Kite SEO to:
- impersonate another person or business;
- analyse or connect a website you are not authorised to submit;
- publish information you know is false or misleading;
- fabricate reviews, ratings, licences, awards or credentials;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware or malicious links;
- gain unauthorised access to another account or system;
- bypass billing, usage, trial, website-analysis or security controls;
- deliberately use website-analysis features to place unreasonable load on another website;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, hateful or seriously abusive material; or
- use the Service to facilitate illegal activity.
You must not knowingly publish AI-generated information that you know is inaccurate or unlawful.
We may restrict automated, excessive or abusive use of website-analysis or generation features where reasonably necessary to protect Blue Kite SEO, customers, third-party websites or service providers.
19. Service providers and availability
Blue Kite SEO relies on third-party services for functions such as artificial intelligence, hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, security and website publishing.
Third-party services may occasionally experience outages, delays or changes outside our control.
Website-analysis and AI-generation jobs may also occasionally fail, be delayed or be limited because of website availability, technical restrictions, safety controls or third-party-provider limitations.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee that Blue Kite SEO will always be available without interruption or error.
We may perform maintenance, updates or security work where reasonably necessary.
20. Changes to Blue Kite SEO
We may improve, change or replace features, providers, AI models, technical limits and workflows over time.
We will not intentionally remove a material paid benefit during a billing period without reasonable cause.
Material price increases or significant adverse changes to an ongoing paid service will apply prospectively, and we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
You may cancel before a future renewal if you do not wish to continue after a material change.
21. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated breach of these Terms;
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- unlawful use;
- serious security abuse;
- harmful or infringing content;
- abusive or unauthorised website crawling;
- unresolved payment failure; or
- a legal or regulatory requirement.
Where the issue can reasonably be fixed and there is no urgent legal, security or safety reason to act immediately, we will ordinarily give you a reasonable opportunity to address it.
We may terminate an account for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, unlawful activity or circumstances where continuing to provide the Service would itself be unlawful.
22. Permanent account deletion
Permanent account deletion is different from cancelling your subscription.
Deleting your account:
- ends access immediately;
- cancels an active recurring subscription;
- removes account information from active Blue Kite SEO systems in accordance with our Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy; and
- cannot normally be reversed.
Externally published WordPress content remains on the external website.
23. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain personal information.
We use reasonable measures to protect non-public customer information and only permit authorised access where reasonably required for operating, supporting, securing or administering the Service or complying with law.
No internet-based service can promise absolute security.
24. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Blue Kite SEO is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information you provided, content you published despite knowing it was inaccurate, or third-party systems outside our reasonable control;
- neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable; and
- for liability that can lawfully be limited, Blue Kite SEO's aggregate liability relating to the affected Service will not exceed the fees paid by you for Blue Kite SEO during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
The liability limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
25. Your responsibility for third-party claims
You are responsible for claims or losses to the extent they are caused by:
- material you supplied without the necessary rights;
- information you knowingly published unlawfully;
- your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- serious misuse of Blue Kite SEO in breach of these Terms.
You are not responsible to the extent the relevant loss was caused or contributed to by Blue Kite SEO.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the Service, law, security requirements or business operations.
Material changes affecting existing paid customers will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.
The current version and effective date will be available on the Blue Kite SEO website.
27. Disputes and governing law
If you have a concern, please contact Blue Kite SEO first so we can try to resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights under Australian Consumer Law or contacting a regulator or other body that you are legally entitled to approach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
