Understand your website check
Follow the website check, continue setup and resolve a check that needs attention.
Check the website address in your profile
In Business Profile → Your business, check Website URL. Use your real public website address.
Save and confirm the profile. For help changing the address, see Add your business details.
Continue while Blue Kite checks the website
Follow the handoff to Strategy. Blue Kite checks the public website to understand what already exists.
Select Continue to Strategy questions when shown. You can answer the questions while the check runs.
Follow the status message
- Website check scheduled to continue: let the check resume around the displayed time. You can keep answering the questions.
- Retry website check: check the address and public access, then retry.
- Contact support: use the offered action if the message asks for help or no retry is available. See how to contact support.
Continue to your Strategy
Finish the Strategy questions. Select Create my Strategy when the website check and required setup are ready.
If creation is waiting, follow the message beside the button.
If you do not have a website
Continue without a website using your saved Business Profile. Do not enter a placeholder address.
The check provides planning evidence and may not cover every page. Connecting WordPress is a separate publishing step.
