Manage your logo and reusable images

Upload reusable images, choose your logo, organise the gallery and save the changes.

  1. Upload your real business images

Open Settings → Website Appearance → Saved images. Select Choose images.

Upload JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF files, up to 5 MB each. Wait for the upload result before continuing. Use images you are entitled to publish.

  2. Describe each image

Choose Use: General, Gallery, Logo, Service, Project, Team or Location.

Add an accurate Image description and an Optional caption when useful. For Project, also set Project name and Stage if relevant.

Describe what the image actually shows. Do not add unsupported claims to its description.

  3. Select an uploaded logo

Under Colours and logo → Logo, choose Uploaded logo. In Choose a saved logo, select the uploaded image.

You can instead use Business name with Logo text, or No logo. Check the live preview.

  4. Choose and order website gallery images

Select Website gallery on images you want offered in the default gallery. Use the up and down arrows to change their order.

The gallery choice does not promise that every draft will use every image. Choose images within a specific draft when needed.

  5. Archive unused items and save

Use Archive to stop offering an image for reuse. Use Restore to make an archived item available again.

Archiving removes that item from the default gallery and clears it as the selected logo when applicable. Check those choices, then select Save website appearance.

Review existing drafts separately before publishing an image change.

An upload did not finish?

Read the upload message. Check the supported file type and 5 MB limit, then retry as needed. Wait for the image to appear before selecting it as a logo or saving the appearance.
