Add useful details and wording preferences

Add optional business-fit details, offers, pricing wording and tone preferences.

  1. Open Additional details

Open Business Profile → Additional details. From saved details, select Edit beside that section.

Use this page for business fit, offers and wording. Proof and customer reviews have their own detailed help.

  2. Describe useful business context

In Business fit and offers, choose any relevant answers:

    • What size jobs or clients are you mainly looking for? Choose the size of work that suits you.
    • How big is your team? Add team size if it helps describe your capacity.
    • What is your workload like right now? Describe your current availability for work.

These are optional. Leave them unselected when they do not help.

  3. Add offers and pricing wording

    • Do you have an offer you want to mention? Add a current offer and its important conditions.
    • Do you want to mention pricing? Explain how prices should be described, or say that customers should contact you for a quote.

Only add wording you are comfortable using publicly. Avoid unconfirmed fixed prices, discounts or guarantees.

  4. Set tone and wording preferences

In Wording and tone, complete either field where useful:

    • How should your business sound online? Describe the tone, such as practical, reassuring or professional.
    • Any words or claims we should avoid? List wording or promises you do not want used.

Put important factual claim limits in the careful-details field described under proof and customer reviews.

Save and continue

Select Save & Continue during setup, or Save changes when editing. Wait for saving to finish.

Next, review and confirm your profile. You can update saved details later as the business changes.

Return to Complete your Business Profile for the full setup sequence.
