Read your monthly SEO report

Choose a month and understand website actions, search traffic, content results and delivered work.

  1. Choose the business and reporting month

Select the correct business, then open Reports. Use the reporting-month selector beside Your monthly SEO report when it is available.

Reports use calendar months. This period can differ from the billing dates shown in Usage.

  2. Read the selected website actions

In the action section, choose Organic search or All traffic. Each card uses a saved action label.

Organic search counts selected actions in sessions Analytics attributes to organic search. All traffic includes every traffic source. These can include repeated actions, not unique enquiries or sales.

  3. Read Search traffic

    • Visits from organic search: Analytics sessions from organic search engines.
    • Google Search clicks: clicks reported by Search Console, not unique people.
    • Click-through rate: the share of Google search appearances that led to a click.

The cards shown depend on the connected sources. Read the comparison period below each value.

  4. Check Traffic over time

Use Monthly or Daily when both are offered. Read the metric and date range above the chart.

Open Monthly figures or Daily figures for the numbers. Missing months are not treated as zero. Monthly points use complete imported calendar months from the same connection.

  5. Compare all pages with Blue Kite content

In the page table, choose All pages or Blue Kite content. Check each page name, path, reporting window and click count. Use Show more when offered.

Blue Kite content includes recorded published or updated URLs, including earlier work. Its figures cover the selected dates and can include traffic before an update; they do not isolate Blue Kite's contribution.

  6. Check Work delivered

Review the published content, published updates and completed tasks listed for the period. Open an item when a link is available.

Saved drafts and work awaiting approval remain in Monthly SEO Plan or Pages & Articles. Use View Monthly Plan to continue.

  7. Read the source dates before drawing conclusions

Check the data-through information and open Reporting details. Google supplies complete days in each source's timezone, so sources can end on different dates.

Recent processing days are excluded. A missing, loading or unavailable figure does not mean zero. Use connection help for stale or unavailable data.

No Google sources are connected?

Start with Search Console, Analytics, or both. Available completed-work records can still be shown. Attribution to organic search does not prove Blue Kite caused an action.
