Refresh reporting or repair a Google connection

Refresh reporting, renew Google access or change the selected property without losing saved history.

  1. Open Reporting connections

In Reports, select Manage connections. If a problem notice appears, Check connections opens the same controls.

Check which property is connected for each source and read any import or access message. Confirm you are in the correct business.

  2. Refresh data when available

Select Refresh data for the source you want to update. The refresh is queued in the background; saved figures remain available.

If Blue Kite says a refresh was recently requested, wait for the displayed cooldown before trying again. A refresh does not make unfinished Google reporting days available sooner.

  3. Reconnect or choose a different property

Use Reconnect when Google access needs renewal. Use Change connection to choose another account or property.

Follow Search Console setup or Analytics setup, including the website confirmation. A changed property starts a new connection while saved history is preserved.

Disconnect stops this Google connection in Blue Kite; it does not delete the Google property. Saved report history remains available.

  4. Check the selected month and source dates

Return to the monthly report. Read its data-through dates and Reporting details.

Check a past month when useful. Very old data may be outside Google's available history unless it was saved earlier. Treat missing values as unavailable, not as zero activity.

Only report actions need changing?

Use Edit actions instead of reconnecting the whole property. If a source still cannot be loaded, send support the source and month you were viewing.
