Move from the trial to the monthly plan
Review the exact first charge before starting the Monthly plan early, when available.
Check the trial and available next action
Open Billing. Read your trial end date and the next scheduled charge.
If Start Monthly plan now is offered, select it to review an early move. If you prefer the normal automatic renewal date, leave the trial as it is. Use cancellation help if you want to stop that renewal.
Review the first monthly charge
Under Start your Monthly plan now?, check Due now, Later months, any trial credit, tax and currency, and Trial ends.
The review explains that the trial ends once payment succeeds. Select Stay on trial if you do not want to proceed.
Confirm the displayed payment only when ready
If everything is correct, select Pay [the displayed amount] and start Monthly. This can charge the saved payment method immediately.
Wait for the result. If the exact first charge cannot be verified, Blue Kite does not offer this payment action; refresh Billing or contact support.
Check the subscription after payment
Return to Billing and confirm the resulting status, current period and next renewal. Check usage before continuing work.
If a payment outcome is unclear, check Billing before starting another checkout or confirming another payment.
No early-start action is shown?
Follow the options available for your saved offer. An ended trial or unpaid account may instead need plan selection and checkout. Do not assume a new paid trial or the same introductory credit is available again.
