Cancel renewal or keep your subscription

Stop account renewal, check the access-end date or keep renewal when that option is available.

  1. Choose the account renewal action

Open Billing and read the subscription status and next charge date.

Select Cancel plan, or Cancel automatic monthly renewal for an eligible trial. This is an account subscription action. To stop only one business, use Business billing.

  2. Read the confirmation and cancel deliberately

Check the date access remains available and what renewal will stop.

Select Cancel at period end, Cancel monthly renewal or Confirm cancellation, as shown for your account. Use Keep subscription in the dialog to close it without cancelling.

Some accounts offer renewal changes through the secure portal instead; follow the route displayed in Billing.

  3. Verify that cancellation was saved

Wait for the result. Check the cancellation or renewal-cancelled status and access-end date in Billing.

Cancellation stops future renewal and keeps the current paid period available. It does not permanently delete the account or remove content already published on your website.

  4. Keep renewal if you change your mind

Before access ends, use Keep subscription, Keep monthly renewal or Resume subscription when offered. Wait for the resulting status and check the next charge date.

If the subscription has already ended, follow the available plan or payment route instead of assuming a keep-renewal action is still available.

The result could not be confirmed?

Check Billing before trying again. Finish any pending business billing change when requested, or contact support. Permanent account deletion is a separate action with immediate access consequences.
