Business Profile

Add services and choose your main focus

Fill in each service card, choose your main focus and add useful work preferences.

Open Services & fit

Open Business Profile → Services & fit.

If you are viewing your saved profile, select Edit beside that section. The service cards are near the top.
Fill in the service card
- Service name: use a name customers recognise, such as “End-of-lease cleaning”. Add one service per card.
- Main focus: select this for the work you most want to grow. Mark at least one service.
- Describe [service name] in a few clear sentences: explain what you provide, who it helps and what is included. Add important limits.
- Existing service page URL (optional): paste the public page already covering this service. Leave it blank if there is no page or you are not sure.
Add your other services

Select + Add another service below the cards. Fill in the same fields for each service you actually offer.

If the button is unavailable, give any blank card a service name first, or follow the displayed limit message.

Use separate cards for different services. You do not need another service card for every suburb.
Add your work preferences

Below the cards, find Good-fit work. These fields are optional:
- What work do you want more of? Describe the jobs or enquiries you want to attract.
- What work or enquiries are not a good fit? Explain what you do not offer or want to avoid.
- Who do you most want to work with? Describe the customers or clients who suit your business.

Save and continue

Before leaving Services & fit, set your markets and service areas if locations matter to your business.

Select Save & Continue during setup, or Save changes when editing a saved profile. Wait for saving to finish.

Select the delete icon on its card and confirm Delete. Save the section to keep the change. Keep at least one accurate service in your profile.
