Permanently delete your account
Read the deletion policy, preserve anything you need and deliberately confirm permanent account deletion.
Check whether you need cancellation or permanent deletion
To stop the next renewal while keeping the current paid period, use Cancel renewal.
For permanent deletion, read the Account Deletion Policy. It explains immediate loss of access, removal from active systems, protected backup expiry and limited retained records. Save any content, images or billing records you need first.
Open the deletion form
Open Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
Read the warning. This account-wide action affects its businesses and saved Blue Kite work. It does not delete material already published to WordPress or another external website; manage that separately. Review connector dependencies before removing a website plugin.
Use Keep account to close the form if you do not want to continue.
Enter the required confirmations
Enter Current password, then type
DELETEexactly in Type DELETE to confirm.Do this only when you intend to remove the account permanently.
Read both acknowledgements
Read the data-removal and backup acknowledgement, then the policy and billing acknowledgement. Open the policy link if you need the full details.
Select each checkbox only after you understand and accept what it says. The form requires both.
Submit permanent deletion when ready
Select Permanently delete account. This ends account access immediately when deletion completes and stops active recurring billing first. It cannot be undone through the normal account controls.
Wait for the result and follow any error message. If deletion cannot be completed, contact support instead of assuming the account or billing has been removed.
Need a billing or service issue reviewed first?
Contact support before deleting the account. Use the current policy and the acknowledgements shown in the app for the full consequences and retention details.
