Complete your Business Profile
Add your business details, choose your services and save your profile, step by step.
Open Business Profile
From your dashboard, select Business Profile in the left navigation. During first-time setup, Blue Kite may open the form directly.
This is where you add or update the information Blue Kite uses for your business.
Add your business details
Choose Your business.
For help with each field, see Add your business details. If you have no website yet, you can still continue setup.
Add your services
Choose Services & fit.
For field-by-field help, see Add services and choose your main focus.
Choose your service areas
In the same section, scroll to Markets and service areas.
For help choosing your coverage and filling in each area card, see Set your markets and service areas.
Set up enquiries
Choose Enquiries.
Choose the contact action for your pages. For help with each option and its fields, see Choose how customers can contact you.
Choose your main goal
Choose Goals.
For help choosing your goal and current challenge, see Set your goals and business priorities.
Add useful extra details
Choose Additional details.
Use the detailed help for proof and customer reviews and offers, useful details and wording preferences. Optional fields can stay blank when they do not apply.
Save as you go
During first-time setup, select Save & Continue after each section. Use Save & Finish Later if you need a break.
If you are editing an existing profile, the button says Save changes.
Wait for the save to finish before leaving the section. See Save your progress and confirm your profile for saving, resuming and final confirmation.
Review and confirm your profile
At the end of first-time setup, review and confirm your profile. Correct anything inaccurate in Review, select the confirmation checkbox and choose Save Business Profile.
After saving, check Your saved business details. If something changes later, follow Update your saved business details.
During first-time setup, the help panel explains the question you select. It does not appear when you edit an already saved Business Profile.
What happens next?
Follow the next action to answer the Strategy questions. Saving your profile does not publish a page to your website.
