Pause automation and choose action emails
Pause future automated work, choose action emails or resume Guided Autopilot.
Pause future automatic work
Open Settings → Automation. Turn Keep my SEO work moving off.
Select Save automation settings and wait for Guided Autopilot paused. This stops future automatic planning and preparation. Work already started may still finish. Pausing does not undo completed work or change your live website.
Choose whether to receive action emails
Set Email me when I need to act on or off, then save.
This controls focused emails about questions, work ready to review and safely paused work. It is separate from the planning and preparation choices. Continue checking your Monthly SEO Plan when emails are off.
Adjust planning or preparation separately
To keep Autopilot on but automate less, change Create future Monthly SEO Plans automatically or Prepare planned pages and articles automatically.
Select Save automation settings. Your saved work remains available to continue from the plan.
Resume when ready
Turn Keep my SEO work moving on, check the individual choices and save.
Confirm Guided Autopilot is on and review Next planning date. A date may fall in the next active billing period; saving does not mean a new plan or draft is created immediately.

Answer the task's questions or check the draft. Resuming automation does not skip required information, review or the approval needed to change your live site.
